The site provides information about up and coming events, vacancies,
the band’s history and stories within our social community.
After a very busy fund raising period during Christmas 2008 Pontypool Brass band
knuckled down to rehearsals in preparation for the Welsh Regional Championships.
The competition was held on Sunday 15th March 2009 in the Brangwyn Hall Swansea
and we came away with 1st Prize!
Special thanks to our musical
director, Patrick O’Leary, for his professionalism and a determined attitude to
get results. |
